We officially launched Ridiculous Biz in the “Live Music Capital”, Austin, Texas, aboard the Lone Star riverboat for a sunset cruise in partnership with Amplead, Gigseekr, Blackstar Amplification, the Association of Independent Music and LICKS Magazine!
Special guest performances from Natalie Shay, Bial Hclap, Ulysses and Wells and Red Rum Club got the party off with a swing, while drinks were flowing from Blue Owl Brewing and Lazarus Brewing Company.

Three days of music industry networking, special guest performances and exclusive excursions, bringing together music and tech experts from the UK and Mexico.
Special performances from Charlie Rodd and Angie Vazquez set the vibe for the Carne Asada hosted at a secret mountainside location, where live sessions were captured by Blackstar Amplification.
We partnered with the Platform One stage at the legendary Isle of Wight festival to offer one artist to perform. Partnering with Amplead’s Apply to Play tool enabled us to run a competition which saw more than 200 bands apply! Indie rock band The Manatees scooped the win and played to packed out tent in the main arena
Following on from the success of the Austin boat party, we hosted a riverboat party, along with our event partners Something Something and Groover aboard the Dutch Master on the Thames. With three incredible DJ performances from Natalie Shay, Thali Lotus and Pao Pestana the night was filled with music and merriment, with lots of guests enjoying the ‘floating garden’ on the top deck and views of London’s iconic skyline.
Working with tropical-pop indie band Cassia was a highlight in November 2023. The collaboration included three immense days at the renowned CDMX festival, Corona Capital, press interviews, podcast recording, performance at New Media MTY and live session on the iconic boats in Xochimilco.
Working closely with a UK music tech company, we curated a dedicated 10 day mission to suit their requirements. The November mission to Monterrey and CDMX included a podcast recording with Sell Out by Negro Pasion, as well as networking, B2B meetings, conferences, showcases, and key music industry site visits.
